This case study showcases our journey to improve the customer complaint management system by incorporating AI technology at Rush. Our goal was to create a seamless and user-friendly complaint resolution experience. Initially, we introduced a voice-based output feature, which evolved into a fully voice-driven system, enabling both input and output through voice interaction.
